Kami is a founder of Recovery Doula Alliance (RDA), where she currently serves as Executive Director, providing strategic leadership to advance equitable, recovery-informed perinatal support. A person in long-term recovery, Kami brings both lived and professional experience to her leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Corporate Management and began her career in the perinatal field in 2017. Kami is a Certified Perinatal Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, is currently awaiting Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialists (CBHPSS) licensure through the Montana Board of Behavioral Health, and co-created Montana’s first Recovery Doula training with Kelli Stanley in 2021. Kami lives in Montana’s beautiful Gallatin Valley, where she enjoys spending time outdoors. Her approach to leadership and systems change is guided by lived experience and a strong belief in the power of relationship-based care.

Mikayla is the owner of Helping Hands Consulting, a certified recovery doula, and an active part of program development within Recovery Doula Alliance.

Kelli is a founding member of Recovery Doula Alliance and the owner of Tree of Life Doula Care. She is a certified doula, lactation counselor, and so much more.

RaLea is the owner of 406Accounting and is instrumental in the sustainability of Recovery Doula Alliance. We are incredibly grateful to have her as a member of our board.

Linda is a recovery advocate and mother who believes all care should be family-centered, supporting dignity, safety, and hope. Through the power of her lived experience, she has been instrumental in developing and growing the recovery community in Montana. She has extensive experience working in various leadership roles within Greater Impact, including Chief Development Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Recovery Director, currently serving as the Director of Recovery Point in Gallatin County Montana. Her experience and wisdom are an incredible asset to Recovery Doula Alliance, and we are grateful to have her serving as a member of our board.
