Start Date: September 16, 2026


Format: Instructor-led, virtual sessions with the option to watch recordings if needed. Live participation is strongly encouraged!


Schedule: Weekly on Wednesdays from 11:00am - 12:30pm (MST)


Duration: 30 weeks with scheduling adjustments for holidays.
